What we collect and why
Your email address, the time and source of your request, the consent wording/version, confirmation status and any withdrawal. We use these to confirm your request and, after you confirm, notify you when LuvAgentic launches. Registration does not permit unrelated marketing or sell your information.
Confirmation and withdrawal
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Opening a link does not change your preference: you choose the confirmation or unsubscribe action. Use the withdrawal link in your confirmation email at any time. We remove your address from the active list when you withdraw and retain a protected suppression marker to respect your choice.
Private storage and retention
Registration records are held privately in our existing database and confirmation email is handled by our transactional email provider. Access is restricted to the service and authorised operators. We use protected, non-plaintext address and network markers to limit abuse; we do not store your raw network address in the registration list.
Unconfirmed email details are removed after seven days; confirmed registration is retained for up to 12 months unless you withdraw earlier. Suppression markers may remain for up to 12 months. Expiry cleanup runs daily, so removal can occur during the following daily cleanup.
